On the other hand, we never charge for any delays which were caused by your flight or luggage trouble. If you have lost your luggage or have any problem at the airport, call us — if we can help you, we will do it (we can transport your luggage from the airport when it arrives) if not, it will help us that we know where you are and we can tell your driver.
